  • To increase sales by 100% in the financial 2019-20 over previous year.
  • To ensure zero penalty on the company due to non-fulfillment of the requirements.
  • To ensure miss-match between recorded quantity and actual quantity to be zero:100% all the time.
  • To keep number of errors less than 20 per year.
  • To ensure on-time tax compliance of payment of statutory dues: 100% all the time.
  • To ensure testing at all the stages: 100% all the time.
  • To ensure deviation between committed quality and delivered to be zero: 100% all the time.
  • To deliver products, provide services and complete projects 90% on time as per customer's requirement.
  • To ensure minimum rejection of raw material: less than 10 % per year
  • To ensure zero downtime due to unavailability of raw material, tools, tackles, consumables, fuels, etc. All the time.
